Ian Melhuish:
We want to ensure that our customers understand that when they buy a Hyster they buy a tough truck with all the intelligent design that is required to serve them for the future.

Michael Laursen:
But what really convinced me when I chose Hyster as my future product was the fact that Hyster has succeeded from evolving from doing just rouged strong trucks to nowadays very modern highly technical trucks and still keeping the traditional virtues like ruggedness durability low operating cost total cost of owner ship, so the combination is just a good match.

Antoon Cooijmans:
Besides reducing the emissions which is really a legal thing, its legislation, we have gone further than that by introducing new technologies which in addition to the low emissions give you a better machine with much lower fuel consumption, and that’s what we are all about. That’s a direct benefit for the user

Mendy Blecher:
We have dedicated customers for all along the 27 years like the Israeli port, chemical factories, container terminals, which means that if they are staying with us for so long and so many years Hyster is doing a good job.

Antoon Cooijmans:
It is actually practical proven thing that we can save up to 20% on fuel which is on a reach stacker is in the order of 8 to 10 Euros saving per year which is massive. A part from the fuel saving, the noise of the 3B engines has been reduced to half which has been very very welcome because more and more ports are being built into built up areas and noise level is obviously a big issue.

Mendy Blecher:
Innovation, innovation, and innovation they are not slipping. They are aware of what is going on in the market and the demand for the customers, and when a company is coming with new products it is interesting for customers as well.

Antoon Cooijmans:
It’s a continuous process and its typical Hyster. We never give up. We just keep going, and that’s the way to do it. You have to have the dedication to be at the fore front to be holding the best machine.

Martijn Veerkamp:
When we look at the feed back from the customers, the drivers are very satisfied with the ergonomics, with the fuel, with the machine. If you look to managing director they are very satisfied with the total cost of ownership which is low. When you look at terminal managers they are very satisfied with the service. So everybody is satisfied with the machines.

Antoon Cooijmans:
Its all about low cost of ownership, because you can save a bit on purchase, but later on you could be paying in 3 times. That’s not a good idea. We are all about total cost of ownership, and it should be optimum, it should be the lowest.

Ian Melhuish:
And that’s what people expect when they buy a Hyster. They expect a strong partnership with us as a customer, and they expect tough trucks with the durability and dependability and low cost of ownership that they would really expect from a Hyster truck.
